The room was spacious and had a safe, a sofa bed, and central heating, located near a beautiful white sandy beach.

room was comfortable. had sofa bed for 2 extra persons. Had kichenette with kettle + fridge.

hotel does not cater for vegetarians. every main dish had meat or fish or seafood in it. even the margarine was made of lard (animal fat).we did ask (when we got there) the maitre de + reception if restuarant could make a vegetarian dish for us but were told that this was not possible. so we ended up eating salad + chips (no protein) every day even though we had paid for half board meals.(we had no choice). This tipped the stay into less value for money category for us. There was a ramp outside hotel to get to reception but the railing was not really suitable for disabled person to hold onto. There were only 2 (small) lifts and one was out of action for 3-4days of our stay.I would say the hotel is not suitable for elderly people.

All the staff were very pleasant and helpful. Special mention to Toni in the restaurant and Jose in the Bar. It is a great hotel for children of all ages, lots of good facilities. The food is well presented and varied. When my wallet was stolen the desk clerk(Nicko) was extremely helpful. My children ages 18,13,11 all thoroughly enjoyed their stay

The tennis court net. It needs in depth maintenance.

Our stay was comfortable. This is like apartment hotel, rooms are large and comfortable. It is in quieter part and has a super market right in front, which was convenient. It has a nice child friendly swimming pool and lots of activities for kids.

The hotel is old, and might need a facelift, e.g the corridor carpets are worn out, bathroom tiles were broken and put together with tape etc.

The staff here are incredibly friendly and genuinely care about the guests, while the double room with sofa is equipped with all the essential facilities.

The location was great, close to the beach, shops, restaurants, harbor, and center. It was nice to have an electric kettle, fridge, and oven in the double room.

I enjoyed the stay and would go back in a flash. the double room was new-fashioned. - the views of the pool were superb. - the staff members were super-friendly and amazingly nice. - the location was magnificent, just a pleasant stroll away from a sandy beach.
